If you read my nervous system reset post you’ll know I tried a new way of setting up my month in April and how much I loved it, so of course it’s first on the list.
This isn’t exactly what I done, I actually followed one that I’d screenshot from a note on Substack but I seen this on Pinterest and liked the addition of 1 day outdoors and 1 day to yourself so i’m trying it in May.
I bought delphiniums for the first time at the flower market Easter weekend and I just put them out today. Super inexpensive and lasted well, although I’d say I probably need two bunches next time for this vase. I just love the whimsical spring summery vibe they give off.
Now that it’s warmer I’m been very much loving lunch snack plates again, they just give that spring summer felling.

Had a little desk rejig and I’ve loved playing around with this space, just moving everything around really gets the creativity flowing. I wrote a more detailed post about it here.
I’ve been buying lots more magazines lately, spending an afternoon on the sofa flicking through them and also just collecting again in general. Plus i’m loving having stacks of them dotted around the house.
Loving this Gap knit for spring layering. It’s 100% cotton so lightweight enough but still the perfect layer to throw over your shoulders for summer nights. They have multiple colours, including the most perfect summer blue and yellow and on sale too!
For watching, i’ve been enjoying Mobland so far and finished Daredevil: born again, which of course I thoroughly enjoyed having Matt Murdock and Frank Castle back on my screen again!
Have a wonderful holiday weekend,
L xo
